Agreement to Terms

By signing up for, scheduling, or using Fresh Clothes services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies referenced on this site.

Services

Fresh Clothes provides pickup and delivery laundry services. Service details, route availability, turnaround windows, and pricing may vary by location and plan type.

Pricing, Fees, and Skips

Pricing and fees are shown at signup and checkout. Current standard pricing and fees include:

• Savings Club pickup plan: $28 per bag.
• One-Time pickup plan: $38 per bag.
• Drop-off budget wash: $0.50 per pound (minimum $12).
• Drop-off premium wash: $1.00 per pound (minimum $25).
• Reusable bag fee: $12 one-time per bag.
• Unannounced missed pickup fee (no-show fee): $8.

Skip requests: if you receive pickup reminder texts, reply SKIP before 8:00 AM on pickup day to avoid the $8 no-show fee.

Final totals shown at checkout are the source of truth and may include taxes or other applicable charges.

Billing and Payments

• Charges are based on selected plan, service options, and applicable fees.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Fresh Clothes does not store full payment card numbers.
• If payment is declined, delayed, or reversed, service may be paused until the account is current.

Scheduling and Access

• Customers are responsible for making items available at the scheduled pickup time.
• Delays caused by weather, route constraints, or access issues may shift delivery timing.
• Customers are responsible for accurate address and contact details in the account.

Garment Care and Liability

• Please check pockets and identify special care items before pickup.
• Zippers, hooks, and similar hardware can behave unpredictably during cleaning. While we handle garments with care, we cannot guarantee against snagging, bending, or related hardware wear that may occur in normal processing.
• Fresh Clothes follows reasonable care standards but is not responsible for normal wear, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by inaccurate care instructions.
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported promptly after delivery.

Referral and Rewards Programs

Referral and rewards offers are promotional programs subject to eligibility rules, campaign windows, anti-fraud review, and change or cancellation at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with operations and communications.

Termination

Fresh Clothes may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, suspected fraud, repeated policy violations, or behavior that threatens staff, partners, or operations.

Policy Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
